These folks were referred to us by a real estate agent who's roof we also did. There was a large hail storm in their area, and they sustained damage to their roof, gutters, and other areas. Their insurance adjuster originally approved only half of the cost needed to replace their roof, and suggested that only some surfaces were damaged. We asked for a second opinion, and a different adjuster came out and we worked with him to approve the entire cost for full roof replacement.
